ReplyDeleteWell,I can not jump to conclusion yet as there are investigation to go.But to me,I think is not biased as they interview themselves the eyewitness and ask how do they saw the incident.But there are many bloggers,citizens who might think this is biased.But different people have different thoughts and we can't be against them.

if i was the reporter , i will get more information then not enough information and make others say around , like , blogs .
ReplyDeleteUmm, i am not too sure either. but i would ask more people for more information & evidence before i report the whole scene if not i would just tell them there is a incident in NTU.

I think only some news might me biased,as we might not know whether they are speaking the truth,when they are reporting the news,they might not ask the eyewitness,they might just report on base on what they researched and they could be lying to us.

it is possible,the news only show the face of the student but not the full body.i feel tat the police and the news are hiding something away from the family members.but i cannot just jump to conclusion yet as there are maybe still investigation going on.so the police have to press in to investigate wad is actually happen.and i dun really support news to be biased.it is the same as lying to us,newspaper reader.new caster should be fair and square but not be unfair and biased.

i am not really sure.because investigation is still being carried out.but i still think that channel news asia broadcast is being quite unbasied.as they had reported both side of the incident

I cannot anyhow jump to conclusions because they is still investigation they are doing. We can think that they are baised but other people may think differently from us right?so that is why we cannot anyhow jump to wrong conclusions.

There is only some news that might be biased as to know whether speaking the truth.When they are reporting the news, they might not ask the eyewitness but just to rely on their researched which they could be lying to us.

i thinkS ometimes Channel New Asia broadcast has been unbaised but most proberbly not.If is true,then there would be complains.So Channel New Asia broadcast is still on television so so far not but is best to check it out sometimes.(:

i think that some of the news that they reported can be unbiased sometimes.some of the news can be very exxagerating and some of them can be untrue too.Beacause they want to either attract more people to believe them what they say and to make it more interesting. it is not fair.this is a very serious matter that people have to know.but why do people still believe all the informations? most of them want to keep themselves updated about the different things so they can talk about so the news company knows about that so they would try ways to make people talk about the subject often.

It is possible as the news only shows us the face of the student but not the full body.i feel that both the news and the police are hiding something from the family members.but still i cannot jump to conclusion as there might still be investigations going on. i dont really know if the news reporters are being biased as if they are being biased, it is the same that they are lying to us who are the news readers and listeners. well, i think that different people have their own point of views. so, news reporters cant be baisead but to be fair and square.

In my own opinion, I can not jump to any conclusion yet as there are investigation to go and more.Channel New Asia broadcast has been unbaised but most of it are not.If it is true, there would be complains.That is why Channel New Asia broadcast is still on television so far not but is best to check it out sometimes. We also do not know whether the witness say out the truth on what they saw or whatever. They might even not tell the truth and make the whole story more complicated just to make the readers or the reporterS confuse. But soon or later, people will find out the truth of the real story.

i think that it is unbaised as investigation is still carried out and we cannot anyhow just jump to conclusions as they have not really tell us both side of the story yet.

No i don't think so.as investigation found that some 4 other cases(including NTU stabbing)they tried to figure out the similarity between each cases but only one similarity is linked with the 4 cases that each intruder played online computer game(world of war craft).A doctor,A professor,A student and David.this is discovery.that was reason the news has been published.

ReplyDeleteas for the NTU's case, they doesn't report clearly what was the fact that causes this to happen and just say that David Hartanto Widjaja lost his schlorship but it was his final year there and his parents can afford to pay for the school fee.Afterall David was addicted to online computer games (world of war craft)
which is a violent games.He might be stress, he might hate his professor due to his professeor taken away his schlorship

Yes, i think they are unbiased because David's parents will surely disagree on going air on this matter! The broadcaster should consult the parents before they go on air no matter where they live. The broadcaster said that he slit his hand before commiting suicide is totally wrong. Based on David's friend (who asked David's parents), said that david's parents did not see any cuts on his wrist. This proves that channelnews asia is unbaised
